Article 1. Definitions
1.1 General Conditions (hereinafter referred to as Conditions): the following delivery and payment conditions apply to all sales via GYPSY STYLE. You agree to this when you place an order;
1.2 Company: GYPSY STYLE (hereinafter referred to as GYPSY STYLE) is a trade name of GYPSY STYLE and is an online store that offers clothing and related items to consumers by distance selling;
1.3 Consumer: a natural person or company who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur;
1.4 Agreement: a distance agreement between GYPSY STYLE and the consumer.
Article 2. Applicability
2.1 These conditions apply to every offer from GYPSY STYLE and to any distance contract concluded between the company and the consumer;
2.2 These Terms and Conditions always apply to all offers, orders and agreements concluded using the GYPSYSTYLE.NL, ROLLEMAN.STORE website;
2.3 Before the distance contract is concluded, these conditions are made available through our website. Accepting an offer or placing an order means that these conditions have been accepted;
2.4 The provisions in these conditions can only be deviated from in writing. If a part of these conditions is deviated from, the other provisions remain in full force. The consumer cannot derive any rights for future transactions from any agreed deviations.
2.5 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the general or specific conditions or stipulations of third parties are not recognized by GYPSY STYLE.
Article 3. Agreements
3.1 An agreement is only concluded after acceptance of the order by GYPSY STYLE. GYPSY STYLE is entitled to refuse orders or to attach certain conditions to the delivery, unless explicitly stated otherwise. If an order is not accepted, this will be stated within five (5) working days after receipt of the order, stating the reason.
Article 4. Prices
4.1 All offers from GYPSY STYLE are without obligation. GYPSY STYLE expressly reserves the right to change the prices, especially when this is necessary on the basis of (legal) regulations.
4.2 The prices for the products offered are expressed in euros, including VAT. Shipping costs are (unless stated otherwise) not included in the mentioned prices. The conclusion of the agreement, the total price will be communicated via our website.
4.3 No shipping costs are charged for shipments within Europe Zone 1. For shipments to countries other than Europe Zone 1, the contribution towards the costs of shipping and insurance depends on the country. These costs will be added to the order after the personal details have been entered during the order completion.

Costs 7.25 euros
Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal (incl. Azores and Madeira), Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Canary Islands, Cyprus, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Iceland, the Channel Islands, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Ukraine, San Marino, Serbia, Turkey, Vatican City, Belarus, Switzerland.
Costs 18.50 euros
All other countries (incl. Russia).
4.4 GYPSY STYLE cannot be held to price statements that are incorrect, for example as a result of input, typing or printing errors. No rights can be derived from unlawful price information.
Article 5. Payments
Payment is always made in full in advance.
Article 6. Delivery
6.1 All articles from the online store are available from stock. Unfortunately, it may happen that an article is no longer available, in which case we will inform the consumer as soon as possible.
6.2 GYPSY STYLE strives to ship all orders within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment. This is done via PostNL to the delivery address specified in the order. If the delivery time deviates for certain reasons, the consumer will receive an email from us.
6.3 Exceeding the stated delivery time does not entitle the consumer to compensation, termination of the agreement or failure to fulfill any obligation that may arise for him from this or any other related agreement.
6.4 The order must be delivered to the consumer no later than 30 days after the order. If it proves impossible to deliver an order within 30 days, the consumer will be informed about this in time and the consumer has the right to cancel the order free of charge. In that case, GYPSY STYLE will provide a refund. This does not apply if the parties have agreed on a different delivery period.
6.5 Delivery in parts is permitted.
6.6 The delivery obligation of GYPSY STYLE will be met as soon as the delivery has been offered.
6.7 In case of refusal or failure to collect the offered delivery, return freight and storage costs, as well as the risk of damage or loss of the consignment, will be entirely for the account of the consumer.
6.8 Products offered are depicted and / or described clearly and truthfully and as completely as reasonably required. However, it is possible that color, type, text and / or price changes deviate from reality.
6.9 GYPSY STYLE is never responsible for consequential damage.
Article 7. Retention of title
7.1 The ownership of delivered products will only pass to the consumer if the consumer has paid everything he / she owes to GYPSY STYLE on the basis of the agreement (s) concluded in this respect.
Article 8. Exchange / return of articles
8.1 We do everything we can to inform the consumer about the articles via our website. If the consumer nevertheless does not wish to purchase an item without giving any reason, the consumer has the right to return the product within 14 days after receipt of the order and / or exchange it for another product.
8.2 During this period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. The consumer will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether he / she wishes to keep the product. If the consumer makes use of the right to return, he will return the product with all accessories and undamaged and in the original condition and packaging to GYPSY STYLE in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by GYPSY STYLE.
8.3 GYPSY STYLE only accepts exchanges / returns for which the instructions have been followed. Exchanges and returns that have not been received within the stipulated time will not be accepted.Returns that have had labels removed, the product worn or incorrectly used cannot be returned. Due to our competitive rates, the costs of returns are for the customer.
Sales articles cannot be exchanged.

Article 9. Complaints
Complaints regarding delivery and / or quality of the order.
9.1 GYPSY STYLE makes every effort to deliver a perfect product. After receipt of the order, the consumer must immediately inspect the delivered goods and immediately report any defects found to GYPSY STYLE in writing by email. If a garment is not delivered in accordance with the order or does not meet the description on our website, the consumer must report this immediately to GYPSY STYLE. The consumer can do this by sending an email.
9.2 The warranty lapses if the consumer has attempted to repair the defect without consultation and / or has not followed the instructions for use and / or instructions for use.
9.3 GYPSY STYLE strives to resolve the consumer's complaint as soon as possible and in consultation with the consumer. In all cases, the instructions for returning, as received by the consumer when registering the complaint, must be followed exactly.
Article 10. Liability
10.1 Any liability of GYPSY STYLE, of personnel and products of GYPSY STYLE for all damage of whatever nature, direct or indirect, including trading loss, consequential damage, damage to movable or immovable property or to persons, is expressly excluded. Nor is GYPSY STYLE liable for damage caused by third parties in the performance of the agreement.
10.2 GYPSY STYLE accepts no liability for any damage resulting from the use of GYPSY STYLE products.
10.3 Any liability of GYPSY STYLE towards the buyer is in any case limited to no more than the invoice amount that the buyer owes GYPSY STYLE under the agreement in question.
10.4 For misunderstandings, mutilations, delays or improper delivery of orders and communications as a result of the use of the internet or any other means of communication in the traffic between the consumer and GYPSY STYLE, or between GYPSY STYLE and third parties, insofar as these relate to the relationship between the consumer and GYPSY STYLE, GYPSY STYLE is not liable, unless and insofar as there is intent or gross negligence on the part of GYPSY STYLE.
Article 11. Force majeure
11.1 In case of force majeure, GYPSY STYLE has the right, at its option, to suspend the execution of a consumer's order, or to dissolve the agreement without judicial intervention, by notifying this in writing and without GYPSY STYLE is obliged to pay some compensation, unless this would be unacceptable in the circumstances given the standards of reasonableness and fairness.
11.2 Force majeure means any shortcoming that cannot be attributed to GYPSY STYLE, because it is not due to its fault and is not for its account under law, legal act or traffic.
Article 12. Applicable law and competent court
All rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these conditions apply, as well as between GYPSY STYLE and the consumer to whom these conditions apply, are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
